History:
The name Kavanagh or Cavanagh and all its variations is derived from the Irish Gaelic name Caomhánach. The historic stronghold of the clan was known as Ui Ceinnsealaigh (Hy Kinsella), and it included nearly all of counties Carlow and Wexford, as well as parts of counties Wicklow and Kilkenny.

Deirdre was descended from Bouddicca, a famous Celtic female fighter. Thus, she was, like her ancestor, trained in the ways of the warrior, almost like the Amazons of Greece.
Despite being of noble Celtic lineage, Deirdre acts quite on the contrary. She craves for adventure and fighting (for a good cause of course). Stubborn and strong-willed, nothing can deter her from her ideals and principles. Passionate for her craft, she really doesn't care of keeping up appearances, and was most comfortable wearing her "battle clothes" (as shown in the pic).
Tired of the hypocrisy of society, she decided to run away and seek her own destiny.
Personality: An ambivert who flourishes both in solitude and in company with others. Passionate, goal-oriented and determined, people might mistake her for being reckless. But she chooses to take risks rather than to play it safe. Spontaneous and a keen lover of nature. Quick-thinker and serious at times. Her intuition about things are always almost right that it becomes unnerving, even to her. Interesting in getting to know all kinds of people, and has a scrupulous sense of observation. Despises hypocrites and phonies and people who think they're better than everybody else.
