Marching through the door of the Cake Lines, Hikaru beamed at the customers and workers present in the shop. His grin can make anyone stop what they're doing and wondered what the heck is this kid up to.
With what it seems like colorful sheets of paper stapled together to a cardboard could be seen in the light child's grasp, he skipped merrily through the staring customers and approached one of the workers with such an energy that he can't help bouncing in joy.
"Hi! I'd like to ask if I can paste my hand-made calendar here right on that wall so people could see!"
There's an obvious stare from the worker, blinking confusingly at the small child. Seeing her gaze, Hikaru immediately explains his idea.
"No, it's not for bragging! ^^; You see, I made this calendar special! I circled and colored every birthday dates of each of the members in this school! I mean, it took some time since I have to look into the main calendar...but I wanna show people who's birthday is gonna come! They won't look at the main calendar often, but I'm sure they'll look into MY colorful calendar, since it's in this cake shop! ^__^ So, can I paste it...? PLEASE...!"
((I'm even thinking of making his calendar real! XD I'll make it in Paint, if I have to. Each month posting the calendar month here, to get everybody's attention about the birthdays of the members! XD Whaddya think, dood?))

Kimiko walked around the streets, eating a bunch of candies she had just picked up from the candy shop in a bag. She munched away as she stared at every person passing by. She would stop to talk to them... If she didn't have her mouth constantly stuffed. Her ears twitched and nose tweaked again as she turn to store she was passing.
"cake?" she muttered with mouth full of candy before shoving it all back into her back and rushing in happily, shouting "CAKE!!" not exactly realizing until she reached the counter that nearly every person in the store was now looking at her.
Kimiko looked at the cakes on display, obvious excitement showing in every move of her body and every inch of her face. "Oooo! Yummy!!" She cheered to herself as she pointed to a small tantalizing chocolate cake in display. "I'll take this one!" She said excitedly to the person at the counter.

Hikaru almost got blown off by the sudden yell of cake beside him, only seeing a catgirl there, excitedly ordering one of the cakes there...
"I've never met you before!" he forms a smile while extending his hand towards her, "You must be new! Welcome!!  I'm Hikaru!! What's your name! ^___^"

Kimiko looked over at the boy, then smiled brightly again. "Hi! I'm Kimiko!" she said, not even bothering to keep her voice down. "Nice to meet ya, Hika-chan!" she said, shaking his hand excitedly.

Hikaru could feel himself like an earthquake when shaking hands with this very hyper catgirl...
"N-Nice to meet you, Kimiko-chan!!! @___@" since he's just 5 feet tall, when he lets go of her strong handshake, he bumped into the glass where the cake is being displayed and collapse onto the floor, his eyes swirling...

"Kya! Are you alright, Hika-chan?" Kimiko asked as she bent down to help him up. "I'm sorry, Hika-chan!" She said, pulling him into a hug.

The next thing he knows, he was pulled up from the floor, though his head is still dizzy and his eyes swirling...
"Th-That's okay! @____@ I'm fine, I'm fine!"
After shaking that off, Hikaru grinned, "You wanna eat the cake here or taking it out? ^__^ I think I'm gonna join you! ^.^"[/b][/font]

"We can split it and eat it at the park over there!" Kimiko said excitedly, pointing to a small park across the street.
As the two talked, the person behind the guest wrapped up the cake she pointed out and got it ready, telling her the price.
Hearing the price being spoken next to her, Kimiko's ears twitched and she looked over then smiled and handed the money, taking her cake. "Thank you!" She said happily.
"Come on, Hika-chan!" She said excitedly before grabbing Hikaru's hand and pulling him with her to the park across the street.

Hikaru felt so awkward to get pulled by a girl like Kimiko. Usually, he's the one that pulls anybody like that, but he finally can see how it felt like to be his brother now...
"O-Okay," he replied unsurely, being pulled across the street.
"Thanks for inviting me to eat with you, Kimiko-chan! ^^"

Kimiko let go of Hikaru's hand and plopped to the ground in a spot she chose, smiling up at him a moment before pulling out the cake and her dagger and slicing it in two. She picked up one of the halves and handed it towards Hikaru.
"Here, Hika-chan!" she smiled happily before beginning to eat her half.

Hikaru's eyes trailed at her dagger as Kimiko slices the cake to half swiftly.
"Thanks!" accepting his half of the cake, the redhead gladly ate his part without any second thoughts, when suddenly he remembered his brother...
"Wow, Kimiko-chan. I've lived with my brother too long that some of his coldness got rubbed into me a bit, so I'm sorry I can't catch up with your aura. Though, I wonder...what made you so happy?"

Kimiko ate her cake swiftly yet carefully as if she was trying to taste every bite while also trying to devour it. Kimiko looked over at Hikaru as she paused on her cake, swallowing what was in her mouth, smiling brightly at him. "I've got cake AND a new friend! What's better than that?" She asked, extremely happy as she continued eating her half of the cake.

Hikaru can't help but to flash a bright smile at her. If they aren't eating cake right now, he would've pounced her with a hug like what she did to him at the forest before...
Starting to eat his cake, Hikaru gave a thought for a moment...
'Man, I really should repay her for all her kindness. ...OH, I KNOW!!! What if I showed her that new firework technique I've been working on for weeks!!'
"Kimiko!!" Hikaru suddenly called her a little bit too high-pitched, "Can you come somewhere with me tonight?! I wanna show you something...!"

Kimiko smiled back really wide. "Sure! That'll be fun!" She said, excited that she was asked to do something instead of being the one asking this time, which didn't usually happen as often.

"Great!! Meet me at the Lighthouse after sunset! I'm gonna show you a light so bright that even the Lighthouse can't beat!" excited, Hikaru have totally forgotten all about his cake at his palm as he accidentally squashed it, splattering the cake all over him and Kimiko...
Wide-eyed, the redhead guiltily laughed, "Eheheh....sorry, Kimiko..."
