Clover

[Zephel]

Just as Hikaru releases his hug, he heard the auditorium door opened and turned to it, seeing Zeph entering the door.

"Wow, nii-san. How'd you do that? You walk in in such a perfect timing! I just finished talking to Yuki-chan!"

Staring at Hikaru as he walked closer to his siblings, Zeph casually said while giving a look at Hikaru, "I simply don't want to see her crying in front of me."

Hikaru's eyes widen a bit, eyeing every movement of his brother. When Zeph mentions 'her', the redhead can't think of anyone else except Kimiko, but he want to make sure, "What?"

Zeph glared at him like, annoyed by his simple question.

"Don't play dumb with me, you know what I mean. She called you in her head, so go to her and answer."

Stepping pass Hikaru, the silver-haired patted him by the shoulder for a moment when they're side by side, sending him a telepathic message in the process, 'You idiot, you're not supposed to even leave her alone at this point. NOW GO!'

Encouraged by his brother's advice, Hikaru took off with a sprint and dashed his way outside, finding Kimiko on her knees, her shoulders jerking up continuously.

Hikaru felt his shoulders a bit heavy, witnessing the first person he hurt, cried silently of him. His red eyes looked glossy a bit as he slowly walked in front of the cat girl, dropped on his knees and wraps his arms around her as he silently whispered into her ear, "I should've be patient... I should've wait... I should've be with you whenever you feel sad..... ...I'm so sorry, Kimiko...I'm really really sorry I'm such a selfish jerk..."

[Kimiko]

Kimiko's face shot up in slight shock as she was hugged just then, listening to him with tears streaming and staining her face as she then reaches her arms out around him. "Hi...ka-chan...." She uttered quietly, clinging tightly to him with her face buried into his shoulder. "I love you too, Hika-chan...." She said through her tears, muffled by Hikaru's shoulder.

[Zephel]

Hikaru could feel his heart stopping as he heard what Kimiko just confessed, "Ssh.... It's okay, Kimiko-chan, you don't have to force yourself to say that. I can wait till you're really ready... I gotta be patient for you..."

With a calm tone, Hikaru managed to say that without having his tears interfering his voice. Those set of words is what he always wanted to hear from Kimiko...but, to avoid his heart from shattering again, he reminds himself, 'I have to be patient.'

[Kimiko]

"No..." Kimiko began as she moved back slightly to look into his eyes, her own still watering with some water stains visible on her cheeks. "I love you.... Hikaru...." She said a bit quietly as she then moved a bit closer and kissed him, her cheeks tinting a rather pinkish shade.

[Zephel]

As Kimiko moved back at him and recite those wonderful string of words again, Hikaru's eyes grew wide. One, because he called his name, his FULL name. Two, because she just said she loves him, right in front of him, right on his face.

Hikaru's about to leap up in joy, until Kimiko moved close...and planted a kiss on him. His red watery eyes are wide at first, totally taken aback by her sudden action, then slowly closes his eyes and kissed her back.

Frankly, Hikaru never kissed anyone. His first kiss with Kimiko was a quick peck on the lips, that all. He could never imagine how red he must've looked, he loves Kimiko so much!

After a while, the redhead pulled, blushing madly at what he just did, "...I... I'm REALLY sorry!! I didn't-- I mean, I--!"

[Kimiko]

Kimiko smiled slightly as Hikaru tried to speak, her cheeks still pink, a slight giggle sort of escaped her as she hugged Hikaru again rather tightly. "Always be with me, Hika-chan..." She said a bit quietly, then repeated "I love you" again, overjoyed that she could actually say that and know she meant it.

[Zephel]

Hikaru, again, was surprised Kimiko hugged him tight, a rather dark shade of pink crept on his cheeks, "Kimiko-chan..."

Before he knows it, he started grinning again, "Love is such a wonderful feeling, Kimiko-chan... My heart is beating fast and I don't even care! I always want to be with you...ALWAYS."

[Kimiko]

Kimiko hugged Hikaru even a bit tighter. "I'm so happy, Hika-chan!" She said then pulled back, her hands at his shoulders. "Let's go somewhere, Hika-chan!" Kimiko said, smiling brightly at him.

[Zephel]

"Anywhere is fine as long as I'm with you," Hikaru managed to say that both childishly and have a rare mature air around him, "Name the place!"

[Kimiko]

Kimiko's eyes wandered a bit before looking back at him, still smiling. "I don't know. Anywhere."

[Zephel]

"Hmm..." Hikaru places a finger on his chin and gave a thought for a moment, "We've eaten cake together, we've been at the lighthouse together, we've flew down the cliff together, we've had a conflict at the grassland and we've even went to a hotspring by accident! ...Is there any place we haven't visit yet?"[/color]

[Kimiko]

Kimiko thought for a moment then looked straight at Hikaru again. "The movies?" She asked, smiling still at him.

[Zephel]

"Oh, that'd be great!! What about tonight??" Hikaru suggested, seemingly can't believe he finally got a date. Just then, something hit him.

"Oh, Kimiko, wait!"

Turning around with his back facing Kimiko, Hikaru took something out with his pocket and a slight glow could be seen. When the boy turned around, he handed Kimiko a glowing four-leaf clover, "Here. It'll make you lucky...and remind you of me."

[Kimiko]

Kimiko looked down at the clover and accepted it with a happy smile at Hikaru. "Thank you, Hika-chan!" Kimiko said, smiling happily as she hugged him again, smiling over his shoulder at the clover in her hand. She placed a light kiss quickly on his cheek as she pulled back, a slight pinkness now on her cheeks. "And... tonight would be great. When do you want to go?"

[Zephel]

Hikaru blushed a bit when Kimiko hugged him, and his blush turned darker as Kimiko kissed him. He was so surprised by the second kiss that he practically didn't hear what Kimiko just said... He just stood there, eyes wide, face red, staring at Kimiko...
