BACKGROUND
Rufus was born in a small town with an icy habitat. At a young age Rufus was threatened by disease. It wasn't long till he was near death. Luckily, by sacrificing his humanity, he was granted the right to continued life. As payment, he is to be a shaman in duty to the spiritual realm. Throughout his life, Rufus has done many good deeds. He has mastered many spiritual arts in the process of helping many people. He constantly studies what he calls the "sub-spirit arts"(the art of manipulating the locks between realms of reality). He has many friends, sadly most of them have been dead for hundreds of years. In his dreams, he is often granted memory's of the dead. He has lived in many realms of existence. The realm of the living, the realm of the dead, purgatory, and many dimensions of his own creation.
PERSONALITY
Rufus constantly contradicts himself. He questions everything and anything. He's stubborn at times. Once he makes a decision it takes a lot to change it. If your his friend he will defend you to the end, but become his enemy and his remorse fades. He has an ass-holeish way that normally has a good intent. At times, he looses his personality, to the one of the spirit he is channeling. He is pron to violence. He refuses to take orders, or action without question. Though he loves to be around people, he tends to keep to himself. He's always writing in his book of arts.
WEAPONS/ABILITY'S
His weapon of choice is a small dagger. The entire dagger with exception for the tip(which is red) is covered in a mirror-like coating. As for abilities, he can talk to the spirits of the dead. He can also exit his body and temporarily enter a realm of his own creation. During his existence in his own realm, he can restore energy. Though, if anyone chooses to disturb his body, his soul returns and his restoration fails.
STRENGTHS
He tends to be fast thinker. He tries to take in all possibility's. He is exceptionally fast, and can jump long distances. his attacks are well planned.
WEAKNESSES
He isn't very strong, but can over-power the average human. Tends to be gullible.
APPEARANCE
He has black hair. He is about 5 foot 2 inches tall. Often dresses in black. Has red eyes. Wears glasses.
