The rain poured down over the strawberry fields as a young woman walked barefoot through the plants. She carried a pair of slip on shoes in her hands, feeling the mud slushing beneath her feet. She walked slowly and deliberately, avoiding stepping on the plants.
When she got well into the field, her clothes thoroughly soaked through, she took a seat on the muddy ground in her dark brown pants. She wore a matching brown hat and a white shirt that was now see through from the water, revealing a faded purple bra undernearth. Her short wet brown hair clung to her neck and cheeks as she looked around her, taking in all of the positive energy the plants around her were feeling and the corners of her lips lifted slightly from the good feeling they emitted from getting a nice drink.
She leaned over towards a small flower that was budding nearby, watching it closely and let her finger drift along from the bottom of it's stem to the top, speeding up it's blooming process as a beautiful white daisy emerged within the field of red. She smiled slightly at it before laying down next to it.
Her hair collected the mud she rested her head on, her white shirt turning brown on her back from it. She ignored this and watched the flower as it soaked up the rain, wishing she could such live a simple life like this flower. She stared up at the sky, blinking away the raindrops that fell in her eyes like tears and slowly drifted off to sleep.

Sven swiftly ran through the fields, confused on how he did he got this much blood on him. It didn't matter though as the rain will wash them off...the rain washes everything off. The blood staining his shirt, the tears he never realized he shed, the pain he never recognize...the memories he could never grasp hold to. But it doesn't matter.
He stopped dead dead under the rain, his wet bangs drenched, covering his right eye completely, blinding half of his vision, but it doesn't matter, because he's blind already anyway. He closed his eyes, slowly raising his arms wide to feel the falling raindrops, wondering if that's the only sensation he has to prove he's still a human being. His feet taking him to an unknown path, still with his eyes closed, he could hear the sound of the muddy ground where his boots had stepped on, how the flowers under his soles flattened with the soil. He could see them so clearly in his head...in the darkness of his mind. ...Still, it doesn't matter.
Sven only stops when he could hear another sound other than the crashing rain, other than his breath, other than his heartbeat. He opened his eyes, not caring the water got in his eye sockets and just stared at this figure lying on the ground, sleeping. His outstrecthed arms slowly dropped back to his sides as he stared down at this girl just a few feet away from him.
Every drop of rain is equivalent to half a life he killed all his life...he always sees it as that, never as a drink to the plants, never as a cooling tool for the atmosphere, never as a source of calmness for a human being. It doesn't matter to him. Everything doesn't matter to Sven...
So...why is he untangling his wet scarf from his neck and spreads it over to this sleeping girl like a sort of blanket? The scene might look kind of cute if not for the wet cloth dropping faster than it should because of the rain and slapping the girl on the face.

Rayna's eyes fluttered open lightly and looked up at the person who dropped some wet cloth on top of her. Her vision was blurry from the rain that fell in her eyes and she could sense the troubled emotions of the plants around them that had been stepped on.
Her eyebrows furroed lightly as she looked up at him then down at the scarf and slowly sat up, watching him again. "You're making them unhappy." She said in a small voice, then smiled gently, sending off a slightly positive aura that should make any living thing around her to heal and feel pleasant.

Sven still stared at her with his one left eye, his eyes purely empty. It wasn't until one drop of rain trickled down his eyebrow and entered his eye that he winced a bit and a slight bit of emotion clouded his blank aura. Troubled.
"I did, did I?" He voiced out, his throat dry, probably haven't eaten or drink anything yet. The thief turns around to look at the bootmarks he did, the flowers and strawberries that got in the way all dead. Then, he turned back to the girl, blinking his one available eye.
"I'm used to it."

Rayna watched him, sensing his troubled emotion now. She carefully stood up, holding his scarf in one hand and offering it back to him. "Thank you." She said in her small yet sweet voice. In this instant, Rayna let out a positive aura, bringing the plantation he had killed back to life. This aura should also be able to turn his troubled emotion instead into something more positive.

Sven shrugged, not bothering to take back the scarf this girl's handling. At that moment, he could feel a slight warmth emitting from the girl...but of course, having no genuine emotions, he can't feel it emitting very strongly. Just a faint glow...like a flickering candle.
"That's quite a skill you have." He said dryly, his eyes staring at her like she's not even there, "Have you killed anybody with it?"

"Have you killed anybody with it?"
Rayna's breathing stopped for a moment and everything about her dropped to neutral for a moment. She forced out the memories from her mind and smiled slightly again, her breathing broken and uneven. "I...." She spoke, her words getting lost in her throat for a moment. "I..... Can't stand the thought." She said, forcing herself to calm and bring the positive aura around her again, pushing her own negative emotions away again before they had chance enough to break through and destroy her surroundings once more.

"No. Let it be free." Sven told her, his voice a little more fainter than before. His eyes are pure blank, though he managed to focused his vision on her eyes, just to add the effect. His lips twisted into the slightest of smile as he said, "I need to die. Or others will."

"Then we should both die." She said in an empty voice, not really wanting to die but afraid of what might happen if she let her negative emotions free again. She forced her smile once more, watching him and tried to hand the scarf to him again. She forced out her positive aura again as well, surrounding herself and everything around her with it as her smile brightened somewhat. "Be careful as you walk, or you'll keep hurting the plants." She said in a small sweet voice.

"Dying is for the weak." Sven completely contradicts what he said earlier, as his tone's a little different, a bit of anger, a trace of worry...a speckle of pain. "At least you have control over your skill."
The thief shrugged as he took the scarf that was handed to him and toss it over his shoulder. The wet cloth sort of slapped him at the back, and the green-haired young man simply smiled at this girl, "I've never have this much control on how I speak. Thank you for existing."

Rayna still smiled at him, keeping the positive aura consistent. "I don't have full control. At least, I don't trust that I do." She said in an even smaller voice, still forcing her positive aura. "You could learn to control yours with enough practice, concentration and effort." She said, still smiling.

"You don't know what I do." Sven gestured at the faded blood stain on his trousers, "It's uncontrollable." He stated it in such a solemn tone, its hard to see anything but his serious assuredness. He pulls out his sword, blood swung out from it as he did, and the rain washes the red liquid off as it seeped to the ground.
After cleaning it, he dropped it on the ground, mud splattered around the sword as he did. Sven untied his sword's sheath from his belt, then turns it upside down, letting all the excess blood out. He did it all without even looking at them, his eyes are set at the figure in front of him.
"If you're being too optimistic more often than not, you'll end up damaging yourself. Eventually." He tied back his sheath on his belt, picks up his sword from the mud, and place it back on its scabbard. After that, the thief looks up, the rain crashing down on his face emits a sort of luminescence ambience around his skin. Just when the least expected, the random statement is spoken, "I always want to see the flame tree in Australia..."

Rayna watched him, supressing any thoughts that might be triggered by the blood with her positive aura that seemed to cry out from her in gushes, making some of the plants near her feet to grow faster. She started to feel a bit of a headache and some pains in her gut. "Better myself than those around me..." She said a bit quietly in her small voice, still forcing a small smile.

"Huh." Sven shrugged, not really hearing what she just said. He just gazed up blankly at the sky, raindrops trickling down his face. "It's raining..." He whispered under his breath, a cloud of vapour escaped his mouth. Then, the thief slowly drops his head, his green hair shadowed his eyes.
"Strange..." He suddenly fell on his knees, staring down at the growing flower Rayna did. "Never did notice the raindrops." He traced his hand at dew of the flowers while more and more rain drips on it. "Heh. I assume you like the rain."

Rayna watched this person closely, seeing him drop to his knees and touch the flower. "The plants like the rain... So I like it." She said simply in her small voice, smiling that minimal smile still as she knelt next to him and watched the same flower.
"Sometimes... I wish life could be so simple like it is for this flower.... Just growing here, absorbing the sun and drinking the rain as it grows to be a beautiful addition to the world for a short time." She spoke softly, still emitting her positive aura around her and smiled back at hima gain.
