Offense, Defence!

[Makenzi]

"Oh come on. Stop being a wuss. Or maybe I really will take her next time." Arashi said, grinning wickedly at the two as a mirror image of him entered the room right next to where he stood.

Kaoru entered the martial arts classroom, looking around with his cold, blank stare. He seemed to recognize a red head who was surrounded by two other cat people. 'Eyuki's brother, Hikaru...' He thought to himself as he walked to a corner in the room, seeming to avoid his look-a-like and the commotion near the center.

[Zephel]

"But..." A slight bit of shimmer returned in Hikaru's dark eyes, "...But I can't excel. I never can." He said over Kimiko's shoulder, almost whispering, "There's no hope for me...at all." He stared a bit longer into space, thinking over the teacher's words.

"But..." His hands slowly made its way behind Kimiko, patting her back in a calmly manner. A small smile creeped its way on his lips and his aura is regressed back again, "I guess I really shouldn't look broken in front of you, Kimiko-chan. It's wrong of me." He hugged the catgirl tight, smiling wide as the light is returned in his eyes, "I'm sorry for that, okay?"

When Arashi stated something though, Hikaru kept on hugging Kimiko while staring at Arashi with a pair of annoyed eyes, ignoring his wicked smile. Instead, he sticks his tongue out at him in a rather childish manner, and pulled one eyelid down. "Be-da." It's at this moment he noticed another Kaoru entering the class, and stared at the newcomer now in surprise. "K..Kaoru?"

[Makenzi]

Kaoru looked over to Hikaru who had said his name in a question. "Yes?" He asked, looking at the brother of the girl he admired.

[Zephel]

Hikaru blinked at the answer, looked back at Arashi, then to the newcomer. They both looked identical, and the only thing that differentiates them both is the aura lingering around them. The redhead stared at Kaoru, guesses and assumptions clouded his mind. One of them managed to escaped through his mouth.

"Kaoru-san.....you have an evil clone...?"

[Makenzi]

Arashi bursted out in laughter at that and stood up, walking over to his twin. He squatted, placing his arm atop Kaoru's head and grinned at the others. "We're twins, not clones." He said, speaking for Kaoru.

Kaoru just kept his straight face as Arashi spoke for him, ignoring his brothers actions on him and just remained as he was.

[Zephel]

"Ooooohhhh..." Hikaru's nodded slowly, now seeing where this is going. "So Kaoru-san has an evil twin..." He pondered out loud, tapping his chin for a while with his eyes staring at the ceiling.

"Hm. Well that makes sense." He sweatdropped, remembering Arashi's confusion when he mentioned Eyuki. "Well, nice to meet you, evil twin. I'm Hikaru. Please avoid touching my girlfriend at any cost. Hope we have an enjoyable class together!" He grinned wide at Arashi, like not even meaning the threat he squeezed in his greeting.

[Makenzi]

Arashi grinned wickedly at Hikaru. "You better watch it, carrot top. Or you'll lose her to me soon." He warned with a wicked grin, glancing over at the pink haired cat girl again.

[Zephel]

Hikaru laughed lightly and moved in between Arashi and Kimiko, blocking the cat-demon's sight of the only female there. "Now what did I do wrong?" He asked childishly, blinking at Arashi. "I'm just being nice to you."

He beamed a smile. True, Hikaru can't fight. True, he can never win in a tongue war. But according to Zephel, Hikaru can have a nasty habit of getting in someone's nerves...just by being himself; nice...but annoying.

[Makenzi]

Arashi made a 'tch' sound as his eyebrow twitched down slightly, though still held the wicked grin, staring past Hikaru to the pink haired cat girl behind him.

Kaoru looked over at Arashi with a cold hard stare, wondering what he had done prior to himself entering. He glanced away, looking at the wall for a moment before standing and walked over to Hikaru. He put his hand behind Hikaru's arm to turn him away from Arashi and bent a bit near, not really wanting to be heard too clearly by everyone except for Hikaru, especially not his brother.

"How... is Eyuki doing?" He asked a bit quietly, his eyes looking honestly into Hikaru's. Although his face was hard still, his eyes held genuine questioning.

[Zephel]

While Hikaru's busy in his glaring-but-smiling contest with Arashi, who doesn't even pay attention to him, the redhead was a bit surprised to be turned away by the kinder twin, who then bent down to whisper to the light-child about his sister.

Hikaru smiled wider at that, nodding at Kaoru. "Fine. Just fine." He answered, without referring a 'she' or 'her' in his sentence, now knowing that he's best to stay alert and avoid mentioning the subject when Arashi is near. Witnessing Kimiko getting kissed like that right in front of him temporarily switched his light off...and that's already a worst thing. The redhead can't even imagine what he'd do if that evil twin attacked his sister next...

'...I have to become strong... There's so many people I have to protect now...' He mentally said, turning his eyes towards the teacher. 'I need to.'

[Makenzi]

Kaoru gave a small nod, looking down. "I haven't seen her for a few days...." He said quietly, glancing back at Hikaru. He glanced behind, seeing Arashi staring curiously at them, then led Hikaru to the other side of the room by his arm.

"Do.... You think you could get her to meet me somewhere tomorrow evening?" He asked, looking at Hikaru again, trying to hide a light blush that threatened to sneak into his cheeks.

Arashi smirked at the pink haired cat girl as Hikaru was pulled away by his brother and he stood, hands in his pocket and gave a playful wink towards her as he began to approach her again.

[Kimiko]

Seeing Arashi approach her again, Kimiko turned and skipped over to stand near the teacher, turning back around and sticking her tongue out at Arashi.

[Evan]

Evan carefully moved Kimiko behind him and stood with his arms crossed, watching Arashi for a moment to make him stop then looked towards the door again.

[Lyssa]

At about that time, a girl with chestnut hair and slightly larger than average breast size for girls her age came bounding in through the door. "A HA HA HA!!! I have finally arrived!!" She girl called, laughing with her head back a bit and her hands against her hips.

Once she finished her announcement, she looked around the room at the other classmates who were already there, a huge smile present on her face. Seeing about four guys and only one girl, Christy jogged on over to her just to stand there next to her, rather standing next to a girl than a guy, even though she was standing behind an older guy who appeared to be the teacher.

She glanced at the tall cat man for a moment, a confused look on her face as she noticed the purple ears. "I like your ears, mr cat!" She said with a smile at him, her hands on her hips again as she stood tall.

[Zephel]

Being led to the other side of the room, Hikaru looked up to the cat-demon, half wanting to pull Kimiko with him, but seeing how Kaoru wanted some privacy, he worriedly give a glace at the catgirl before registering the first half of Kaoru's question in his head.

"You want to date Yuki-chan...?' Hikaru grinned up at him, partly happy for Eyuki. "Of course I can arrange that. But..." He glaced behind Kaoru, towards his evil twin. "...Will you promise me to protect her...? At any cost?" The redhead turns his full attention to Kaoru now, straight in the eyes.

He didn't notice Arashi's advancing to Kimiko right then, and when Kimiko ran towards the teacher...but one loud girl managed to break his eye-contact with Kaoru. This one...very energetic girl about his age that appeared at the door. He eyed her walking beside Kimiko, blinking continuously.
