Around and About

[Takato]

Takato's eyes grew wide. As he then started to scoot back a few inches. He could feel the sweat starting to form at his head. His laugh became nervous. He gulped, In fear of what she may be planning.

"You know, your looking extra beautiful today" He said nervously

[Kida]

"Pfft. Don't worry, Kitty. I'm not gonna do anything to you." She glanced at him and his expression was just as worried as he sounded.

"Not unless you really piss me off." she amended. "And so far you've been very good at not doing that. So you're safe."

[Takato]

"Its because I'm a stud right?" Said Takato, with an Oh-yeah-she-digs-me face.

[Kida]

"Oh yeah." She chuckled and willed the little droplets back onto the grass. "Besides, I'm not very good at the manipulation anyway. I put off learning about it and practicing til...err...til now, really." Kida turned her head and smiled at him.

[Takato]

"Hah, I knew it! I knew you were nice to me because I'm a stud!" He said Chuckling at her trying to ignore the droplets. But that didn't happen until the droplets went back to their normal state. Back in the grass where they belong away from him! Then Kida caught his attention. Still practicing?

"Wait, that dosn't mean you can accidentally get water all over me?" He said nervously.

[Kida]

"I doubt it." Kida said. "It's kind of complicated to explain, but the only real accident I've ever had was at a Mexican joint. I got really, really, really pissed off and the sprinkler system went off."

She chuckled and turned to him, seeing his guard still up. "You should get some therapy for that. I mean there's nothing really wrong with water. I could help."

[Takato]

Nothing wrong with water? If he was in lion form, his fur would be standing. but then thats when she offered to help. He raised an eyebrow at Kida. Well, Maybe getting over this fear would help. Help him not be afraid of water. Hah what would odie think of that.

"No tricks" He asked curiously raising an eyebrow

[Kida]

"Tricks? Of course not. Isn't that, ya know, detrimental to the whole therapy thing? No, it'll be straight forward." She offered her hand to him again to shake on it. "Promise. If I can help, I will."

[Takato]

Takato was reluctant at first. He was begining to have second thoughts. When she offered her hand as a truce. Takato then shook her hand. Hell, maybe it would be fun. He smirked at her.

"Ok, but if i scream, its not my fault" He said

[Kida]

"Scream? Jeez. We'll start small, okay." Kida lifted herself into a sitting position. "C'mon." Once again she summoned the beads of dew into her hand, forming them into a sphere smaller than a baseball. It hovered above her hand as she waited.

[Takato]

Takato became nervous again. Floating water never was a good thing. He could feel the sweat forming at his forehead. He gulped as he then looked at Kida as she sat there waiting for him to do something. He stared at the floating water sphere, slowly moving his hand towards the sphere. The closer he got to it the more nervous he got. Thats when his fingers met with the water. Sending a chill down his spine. Quickly pulling back [ he looked at his hand... he's ok

[Kida]

"See? No problem...no worries." Instead of extending her hand and the water to him like she would have normally done, she stayed still. If he was freaked out it was probably better that she not do anything to spook him with the water. "Just keep touching the water and we'll talk about something else while you do."

"What's your favorite book?"

[Takato]

Takato then looked at Kida with a what-you-talking-willis face. How could he touch the sphere of water and talk about something else. It wasn't possible! He took a deep breath. Reaching out for the sphere. He could feel his skin crawling already.

"Favorite book?" He started as his skin continued to crawl."I don't have one?"

[Kida]

"Pick any book you've ever read then." she said. Whatever subject he spit out she could latch onto and ask him questions. Hopefully those questions would grab his attention. Hmmm.... The gears in her head started to turn.

[Takato]

Takato then started to calm a bit. As his mind started to think about what was the last book he read. It was so long ago.

"Well there was this one book, Called Catcher of the Rye' but i never got to finish it" he said trying to remember what it was about in the first place.
