((Last EDIT: 30th August, 2008))
Name
Zephel
Race
Quintessence. (Essence of Water, Earth, Fire and Air / Main Wielder)
Age
Now 18 years old
Class/Occupation
Warrior
Background
The 6 element-siblings is a hidden family living in Mount Etna, hiding themselves from the developing world, though they are called as Quintessences in ancient wisdom. They weren't born, nor made from human hands. Instead, they are formed from the natural elements of the Earth. So, every time they die, they are reincarnated with a new sibling that represents the same element as the one that died before. They need each other for their strength to support themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. If one is missing and the location of the lost Quintessence is unknown, then each of them has to suffer from severe power-loss, making them totally feeble.
A rather unexpected invasion and a battle has erupted in their home. Though the siblings won the war, their Main Wielder, Zephel is no where to be found. Zeph had lost his memory, all about his family and his race are gone, all but his name. Finding himself stranded on a deserted forest, he wondered off aimlessly, catching up with his forgotten skills and abilities on the way. Finally, he found Diabolic Domain, and decided to stay there to learn and train, silently waiting if any of his memories are coming back. After a while, a boy with eyes as red as his came up to him and admitted that they're brothers. It's hard for Zeph to accept if at first, since they have nothing in common, but soon he found out the truth behind the boy's words and finally believed him.
Personality
Zephel is cold and distant, but he is strangely the perfect person to tease with. The wielder doesn't know how to socialize with people, much less starts a conversation, which made him almost unnoticeable most of the time. His quiet demeanor reflects his view of life to think far ahead. Although snobbish, Zeph can handle any responsibilities given to him, as now he has a dog, a fire-lizard, a dragon and a nitwit of a brother to take care of. Though, now he appears nicer, as he tries to shun his weakness of socializing by trying to talk to people. TRYING is the keyword. Zephel is also has quite a rage when something bugs the heck out of him, normally being his own brother. Usually wearing a straight face, Zephel is brutally honest in stating out his thoughts at any given opportunity, monotonously. Though, he covers up his statements pretty well by making it sound sarcastic with his dull flat tone of voice. He also has a habit to escape any situation he didn't like by simply walking out...literally.
Weapon
A sword that could grow according to his power. His sword is long, similar to a Japanese katana, with the hilt strapped in white cotton cloth (though now stained in crimson red) and the blade as sharp as his eyes.
Abilities
Zephel possesses telepathic ability, but he doesn't know how to manage it...which leads him to the fact that he could randomly read everybody's mind without any control. He could also summon the elements he wields over with a wave of his sword, though that could sacrifice more than half of his energy in each swing, making him vulnerable after doing so. With his energy being constantly draining down over and over, eventually he found out that his energy can be easily moved or altered. His silent knack in the black arts granted a way to reinstall his energy back and sometimes provide or exchange his energy with others, if he wishes to.
Strengths
Mentally, Zeph is ready to face anything as he has a spirit as strong as steel and a wit to match with. Physically, Zeph is very agile and strong, and with his sword's power, he can unleash the forces of the elements in a flash. His nimble hands boosted his skills with his sword, as he can use his weapon with both of his hands. His interest in the black arts also proves to be helpful on some points.
Weaknesses
Living a brother that gets along with everybody, Zeph feels like his personal weakness in communicating is pretty much noticeable. He also has problems in stating out his opinions without considering anyone's feelings at times. Even smiling is a hard gesture for him, unless he really feels happy...which rarely happens. Physically, Zeph is pathetic in maintaining his endurance, as his energy could drain down pretty fast than normal people. And since he didn't sleep(preferring to regenerate his energy with spells instead), Zeph turns to eating energy-bars and drinking caffeine quite a lot of time, which then are essential to his daily needs, making his mood foul a little bit too often.
Appearance
Sporting a pair of blue goggles on his silver hair, Zeph prefers to wear his metallic blue jacket on top of his dark shirt. He also wears a piece of shoulder-guard on his left shoulder and strapping a white strong cape-like cloth at his right shoulder to support his sword's weight behind him. His specially-designed cape also acted as a shield for him as almost no substance can penetrate through it, even water. Preferring to wear special gloves that ease his ability to transfer energy, Zeph rarely takes those off. Standing around 5 feet and 8 inches, his red blood eyes are the main symbol of his race as a Quintessence, and his rather fair skin almost somehow made him glow when his dull personality is not.
