Roy still blinked at her "You don`t really look okay..... and thats all my fault" he thought about what he should do now. "I bet one of your potions could help you now. But how should I know which is the right one?"

"How should you know which is the right one, you should try them one by one!!" Syani rhymed crazily with that annoying giggle of hers again before FINALLY fainting.

"One by one?! Your out of your mind!" And then she just fainted right in front of him. "Oh no.. and thats all my fault" he said looking back at the hole and tried to recall the weird accident in his mind.
Roy grabbed the box and tied it to his belt and then he leaned down to Syani and lifted her up, so that he could carry her. He stood up and made his way up to the room again. He doesn`t feel comfortable in it anymore because of the fact that they`ve discovered but he had no other place to go now. For one second he watched Syani resting in his arms, but quickly shook his head before he got carried away by his thoughts and placed her gently down on the bed. He put the box on the desk and sat next to Syani on the bed. Waching her sleeping he waited for her to wake up, not caring about how long it would take.

Syani slept peacefully on the bed for a while, motionless. She turned and twitched one of her fingers a bit too. Everything seems so quiet and calm for a while, and the wind blows softly outside the veranda.
Suddenly, the same heavy mist that escaped from the mirror returns, floating through the door. It slowly hovered its way towards both of them, a slight cackle could be heard from it...

Roy noticed the dark mist that moved towards them. And he was sure that he could see the shape of a womans face in the cloud. It let out a low, scary and distrubing laugh. He got up immediatly on his feet and drew his sword holding it towards the mist.
Great.... what should I do now ? How should I fight something thats already dead? Or.. not even existing? Running away wouldn`t be a good idea.. I bet this thing is faster than me with Syani on my back....... Damn!
He bit his lip and got ready for anything.
"You will not get past me, thats for sure!" he said to the dark mist like if it could understand him.

The mist didn't show if it understood what Roy was saying, but it sure kept floating closer and closer to the two, eventually just nearing Roy's sword...
"You...... I can feel a strong...feeling...from your heart..." the mist spoke to Roy, its voice is faint and creepy, "...It has been a long time.......since I felt any affection....."
Right after it said that, it flew quickly over Roy and went right into Syani's sleeping body, still cackling...

The mist came closer. Roy prepared himself until he heard a voice. "What... what the hell are you... ?" was everything that he brought out of his mouth. Then the mist quickly moved towards Roy. Out of a reflex Roy tried to slash it but missed. Before he could move around the mist already went into Syani`s body. "NO!" he screamed , letting his sword fell to the ground and rushed over to Syani. He shook her in panic while shouting "Syani?? Can you hear me ? Say something, please!"

Syani's eyes snapped open as Roy shook her, but she didn't reply to him. Instead, she slowly sat up, her eyes wide and blank, then turns to Roy, "...You like this girl, don't you, brave knight...?"
It's Syani's voice, but the tone sounded different, as in more fainter. Then, 'Syani' slowly lifts her hand until its about her chest's height and forms a first, then opens it, then to a fist again...
"It's been a while since I overshadow somebody..."

"You..." Roy almost glared at Syani with hatred in his voice. Then he charged over to her and pinned her on the bed "How dare you to possess her just like that?! And don`t ever speak to me about my feelings for Syani!!" Roy didn`t notice how rude he touched Syani in his rage "And now leave her body immediatly or I`ll.." With these words he roze his fist over Syani`s face ready to hit. A few seconds nothing happened, he seemed to be frozen. Then fear stepped in his eyes after he realized what he was about to do. Even when Syani`s eyes were empty, it was still Syani. How could he ever harm her... ? Roy lowered his fist again without a word.

"Or you'll...??" a wicked smile twisted on her lips as 'Syani' giggled, though its not the same giggle she usually does. Her eyes are still blank as the spirit spoke using Syani's voice, "You could never hurt the ones you hold so dearly in your heart. At least, purposely..."
"So you DO like this girl, do you...? Maybe more than that," she stated with a malicious grin, "But did she return your feelings? Or even noticed...?" Using Syani's hand, the spirit stroke Roy's face gently and cravingly.
"I can give you this girl, valiant knight. ...I even have the power to give you her heart... IF you could do a small favor for me..."

Roy let go of her after he lowered his fist. "I.." he wanted to say something, but his voice vanished. The words out of Syani`s mouth hit him like a punch in the face. When 'Syani' touched his cheek Roy's eyes widen. He was paralysed. Unable to move.
The power to give me her heart.....
For a second Roy was thinking about something that never came to his mind before. Evil thoughts.
For a favor...
He was playing with the thought to accept the offer, but then he blinked with his eyes and was starring into Syani's empty eyes which got him back from the dark thoughts he had created.
"NO!" he shouted and backed away from Syani to avoid her hand. Tripping over his own foot he fell backwards and lay on the ground still with his eyes on Syani and a scared face expression realizing what he almost had done.

'Syani' sat up after Roy backed away, that twisted smile is still present on her face, "Why do you avoid your feelings? You know you want it..."
Slowly, she gets off the bed, her eyes blank and empty as she walked towards Roy, "Think about it, knight. If you don't accept, I will never leave this body, and you will never have her. This is an opportunity you can't deny..."
Kneeling beside Roy, the spirit grins wickedly, "What do you say?"[/color]

Roy slowly got up on his feet "I understand....." he started while still looking at the ground. "I have no other choice than to accept if I want to save her....." he raised his head and looked 'Syani' in the eyes with a glare. "I`ll do whatever you want... and then you leave her body WITHOUT touching her heart at all... you got that?"

"I love it when things fall into place exactly like what I want," 'Syani' giggled creepily. She stepped closer to Roy, her head lifted up, staring at the ceiling...
"All you have to do, sir knight, is to destroy these seals. It has been carved around this castle so I can't escape, and I need you to release me from this cage."
Squatting down, the spirit picks up the sword Roy dropped earlier with Syani's arms, then stood back up to Syani's full height, "There are a total of 5 seals in this castle...I can depend on you to blow it all up, can I?"
Handing Roy his sword back, 'Syani' ran her fingers at Roy's blade, cutting her fingers a bit as blood leaked out, "Aww, she's so fragile... No wonder you're so crazy into protecting her."

Roy closed his eyes and bit on his lip and tried his best not to let out the hated that rised inside of him as he heard 'Syani's' unnatural voice that told him something about his protecting spirit. He opened his eyes again and took the sword with a quick movement out of her hands. "Don`t... ever.... do that again..." he said and glared 'Syani' into her empty eyes.
Then Roy turned around and looked at the ceiling. After a while he found the centre of the seal were all lines hit in one point. He looked back at 'Syani' again and murmured to hisself "I`m sorry.. Syani..." And then he took his sword and rammed his sword with all his hatred into the centre.
As the sword stuck in the ceiling Roy let go of his sword and looked at the ground "Did that work.....?" he asked while gulping his hatred away.
