Blinking after hearing Roy's theory, Syani looked around, "A...prison? What do you mean?"

"Whoever this ghost was.... I bet she was the one who was locked in this room all these years." he said with a low voice. "And because of the fact that she is a ghost now I assume that she also died in this place.... and her ghost can`t find peace." he turned around to Syani. "Like you I have no clue what exactly happened here and why she was held in this room like an animal...... but I think, after all these years this ghost is full of hate... we should be careful."

Syani stared at Roy in amazement, not even blinking when listening to his theory. She can't stop herself from clapping after he's done speaking, "You're so cool!"
After her rather fangirlish moment, her face turned serious, though her small smile is still there, "So, you're saying she's trapped here with no food and water? ...Or...is she sealed here..."
Syani looked up towards the dusty ceiling, her golden eyes squinted a bit to sharpen her vision, "Roy, close your eyes. Don't want to get any dust there." Then, she suddenly raise her hand high, her palm faces the ceiling and chanted with her eyes closed, "An GIN!"
A strong gust of wind suddenly blowed towards the ceiling as the dust there scattered everywhere. As all the dust particles receeded, Syani opened her eyes, "I knew it." There, on the ceiling, she could see a carved shape. Lots of shapes actually - a few semi-circles, some sort of wavey lines, a few triangles - all packed together on that ceiling.
"A sealing spell."

Roy looked to the ground in a slight embarrassment "Nah, that was nothing" he pretended.
"Judgeing from this little hole in the door, I would assume that the prisoner got food and water once in a while...." he said and closed his eyes like Syani told him to do. And when he opens them again he sees the huge sealing spell which covers the ceiling. "What does this mean ?" he asked while looking at the ceilling "You would never use a sealing spell like that for an ordinary human... so the question is" he looked over to Syani "What have we awaken?"

Syani gulped after hearing his last statement, "...You mean, we accidentally releases some...'thing'...??"
Looking back at the ceiling, then turning the Roy, the half-vampire sweatdropped, "And fate yet again loves to see me jinxing somebody else. ...So what should we do? Catch that thing and seal it back? 'Cause I sure know a lot of different sealing spells, so no problem at that..."

"I think so" Roy slowly replied with a dry voice "I mean... who would seal a human? At least I would only seal something very dangerous which I could not kill"
He turned to the door "Yeah, I think we should seal it again. Or maybe do a little research first.... but one thing is clear" he turned back to Syani "We need to be careful."
Then he goes through the door. Where he discovers a circular stair. "Let`s go" he whispers to Syani and takes a first step down.

Syani was about to ask him on what made him so sure that ghost was a human, but decided to just stay quiet, hearing him stating that they to be careful.
The half-vampire nodded at him as she follows behind him climbing down the spiral stairs, "Oh wait. I think I brought something to-- AHA!" Taking out a small, squared box with one of its sides see-through, Syani drop one droplet of her previous glowing liquid into the palm-sized box, which then makes a shaft of light beaming through the see-through side of the box...
Smiling contently, she handed her new creation to Roy, "Here, and watch your step. I'm afraid if the stairs aren't stable...or something blocked the path.....or someone scary beyond all reason trying to frighten the heck out of us..."

"Thanks" he nodded to her "Thats going to be very handy.". He was holding the box over his head so that they could see as much as possible of the way in front of them while he was continuing walking down.
After a while, the stairs seemed to be endless, he could see a door in front of them. "He look over there!" he whispered to her with his eyes pinned to the door not noticing that the next stair in front of him was just a black hole.

Syani, also didn't notice the hole, smiled at the sight of the door after a long time walkind down the stairs, "Oh, finally!"
She yelled out, but surprised to hear that her voice didn't echo much in that enclosed space, "Wait, Roy, ...The echo didn't sound as loud as it's supposed to be. ...That's odd."

"Huh ? What about the echo?" Roy asked and turned to her. While turning his head he saw the missing step in front of him, after that missing step, there was missing another one and another one all enlightened by the box. Although he noticed the hole, it was already too late and he was about to step with his foot into the darkness...

NOW she could see the hole as Roy lighten it with the box, at the same time he stepped to the front, unable to stop himself as it's too late, "Dude, what are you doing?!"
Eyes wide, Syani instantly grabbed Roy from the back, locking both her arms around his upper body and try to use all her strength to push herself backwards, but since she wasn't even strong enough to break a biscuit to half, the half-vampire ended up tripping to the front, almost falling in the darkness of the hole with Roy...
"Ah! Fores tier portrude!!" she chanted quickly as a rather strong force suddenly pushed them from below, making both the teenagers got shot upwards and automatically landing on their backs, with Roy on top of her.
"Gack....!!"

Roy realized what was happening when it was already to late. He felt Syanis arms closing around him and trying to pull him back when they both were falling forward. After Syani spoke her spell they flew backwards again "Whoa!!" was the only sound that escaped from Roys mouth before lost the grip of the box which landed on the stairs and he landed on the stairs again. On Syani. He quickly used his right arm to get off her as fast and as light as possible not wanting to cause her more pain than he already did. "Oh no!! I`m so sorry!!! How did I not notice that hole?" he said in panic and turned around to kneel next to Syani "Are you okay?? Please say something.." Roy placed a hand on her forehead and looked at her with a worried face hating himself for what he has caused.

With a pair of swirling eyes, the dizzy Syani giggled creepily like she's drunk and started to talk about things that she never bothered to said as she looked up at Roy, "Wow Royu-kun....you look so cute when you're up-close, do you know that?"
She giggled again, still in her dizzy state...

"I do what?" Roy blinked and was kind of shocked and the blushing came right away in one package. He tried to help her up so that she could sit. "Are you okay?" he asked again slightly embarrassed now.
