Kieru silently watched Tyr as he spoke, absorbing all this information about the dragons. She gave a small nod to his question. "I am." She answered simply, her face and eyes showing no sign of doubt. She wanted to learn more about dragons and riders, anything he could teach her about them.

Tyr rubbed his temples and huffed a sigh. Thinking some things quickly in his mind, Tyr started to assault her with questions. "What is deepest darkest secret? What did you feel when you first killed a human being, or an animal? Have ever fallen in love, with whom? Have you had sexual relations? What is the one question you wouldn't answer?"

Kieru paused a moment, watching him, thinking his questions through for a moment. Was she going to just openly share them to this person she didn't even know? Though, sharing yourself as one with another being was a large part of what being a dragon rider was about, she gathered from his last speech. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes for a moment, preparing her answers. She opened them and looked at him again as she spoke.
"I don't really have any secrets I would consider dark. I have only ever killed those with a wicked heart, though it has always been hard. I had a close love from my old village. And I don't quite understand your last question. The one question out of those you've listed or a question I could think of that I would not wish to answer?" She spoke straight forwardly and honestly.

"A question you could think of that you couldn't answer even if your own life depended on it." He supplied her with a hint as to how he wanted her to answer.

Kieru thought for a moment, unable to think of anything she would never answer for some desperate reason. She let out a small breath of air and looked at him again. "I can't think of anything."

Tyr considered her for a while before scratching his head, "I guess there's still no one who could answer that last question, eh Orlith?" He patted the Silver One's snout with his other hand.
"Fine...your...uh...interview is over. However, I can't just hand an egg to you. Regretfully, the dragon-dames are much too on guard nowadays and are suspicious even to us Riders. I'll find a suitable one for you as soon as possible. For the meantime, try to meet with the other Riders that attend the school, you'll a lot from them and about the bond the exists between Dragon and Rider."

Kieru nodded her head a bit slowly. "I see..... I will try to do that then. Thank you for your time." She finished, the last line being something folks from her village would always end with when they spent someone else's time on their own wants or needs. "Is there anything more I should be informed of, or should I leave now?" She asked, normally just leaving but was trying to be polite in the way she had been raised again.

"You may leave...remember to speak with the other Riders. They would not only teach you but they will also be your companions once you receive your dragon. Being a Rider nulls all sense of loneliness and the word 'alone' should not exist in your vocabulary. There is no such thing as a lone Rider." He said, as words of parting.

Kieru thought about his words as she gave a small nod of her head. "I see. Thank you, Tyr. Goodbye for now. I will look forward to hearing from you." She said, then turned and began to exit. She glanced around at her surroundings as she left, wondering how long it would take for the new chapter of her life to begin.
