Equipped with the grocery's shopping bag with a plastic-wrapped notebook, a few pens and two bottles of vegetable oil, Syani wondered around the aisle of soaps, muttering something under her breath while she strolled down the passage, "So when vegetable oil combined with some NaOH, it made glycerol and soap. ...Now to figure out how exactly can I do some saponification without any sodium hydroxide in my possession..."
The raven-haired stopped at a particular section of the liquid soaps for sale, she eyed each one of them, taking their respective "Extra Soft Skin" or "12-hour Sweet Smell" marketing words in her head. To eat, she has to have money. To have money, she has to do business. And what better way to make a profit by making your own products. For her case, she's planning to make soap...
The half-vampire then caught sight of one soap with a rose image printed on it, and at the same time reading the ad they put there, "For soft touchable skin?? Ack, okay, that's a mushy ad." Shaking her head, she moved on inspecting some other brands of soap.
"Hmm...think, Syani, think...! How can you make some sodium hydroxide... ...Okay, okay, think back. How did people on the olden days make soap..." browsing through the section with aloeveras as the image on the soap, Syani's eyes widen. "That's it!!"
Now with a wide grin, she exited the soap aisle and accelerates her way to the fruit section excitedly, "Sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate!! Those are from the ashes of plants! Boiling some ash and calcium oxide can give me some caustic potash...AKA potassium hydroxide!! And boiling potassium hydroxide and vegetable oil makes SOAP!! HAH!! Now, the available fruit that HAS calcium oxide is--!"
She stopped exactly at the edge of the long line of fruits, now spotting her desired chemistry experiment material, "Lime! Perfect!! You're a genius, Syani." But just as she was strutting her way there, someone caught her eyes.

Takato wasnt paying any attention. He was hungry as a lion (lol) but he didnt know what to make ...
'Heh, ill get something later' just as he turned around he noticed a woman before him. Takato's eyes widened as he gave her a quick scan.
Takato then walked up to the woman grabing her hand kissing it.
"Hello there pretty lady, and what might your name be?" she said smiling at her.

"GYAA!!" Syani pulled her hand back as soon as it was kissed, then hopped to the back, one of her eyes twitching at the touch. Ahh, her fear. She's almost become famous of it, too bad this guy is new.
"H-hello... I'm Syani, nice to meet you. What's your name?" She smiled back at him before positioning her hands in a defence state, "And no touchy. It's mushy."

"Mushy? Thats a new one" said Takato as he chuckled.
"The name is Takato" he said as he smiled "A pleasure to meet you"
Takato then bowed to her as if he were to tip his hat ... if he had a hat to tip that is.

Syani lowered down her defensive posture as Takoto bowed at her, and quickly shakes her hands, her basket with her shopping items almost fell off. "No, no, don't bow like that, I'm not worth it!" She gushed, blinking at this guy and pushed him up to his full height by handling his shoulders, then let it go as quick as she touched him and winced at what she did.
'It's not skin touch, it's not skin touch, it's not skin touch....' She chanted in her mind.

"Who WOULDN'T bow for a beautiful young lady such as yourself" said Takato winking at her.
"Do you use lotion, because my, your hands are soft. soft like cloulds" he continued

"No I'm not." Syani grinned, and continued, "And I'm not young either. I lost count of my age... Half-vampire, dude." She sticks out her tongue at him and walked around him to get to the stack of limes there. "Also, my hands are not soft." She countered, spinning back at him and walking backwards.
"My hands are weak, Takato. Weak." She sweatdropped with a smile and twists around to get to the limes.

"What??" Syani half-laughed at him in surprise when she turned around to face him. "That would be great, if I'm not a jinx. I may end up hurting YOU, dude. She laughed and stopped next to the stack of limes, picking about 20 of them and put it in her shopping basket.
"Takato...." She whispered to herself as she turned to him, head tilted to the side a bit. "You know what...your name's kind of cute if I called you Taka-chan. Hahah, sounded like Tamagotchi. Taka-chan~!" She grinned at him then laughed.
"Taka-chan..." the half-vampire repeated, trying to stop her bursting giggles.

"As long as I'm with you, you can call me whatever you want" he smirked pulling her hand out once again to kiss it.
Letting go of her hand he stood back up to his normal posture.
"You know syani, your cute when you laugh" he said with a really big smile on his face.

"Hahaha--HAA?!" Her laugh turned into a demi-scream when the dude once again reached for her hand and kiss it. Syani pulled her hand as soon as he lets go of it and stared at the spot where he kissed it, while slowly trying to absorb what he said about her laugh.
"Taka-chan, I said no touchy, it's mushy!" She looked up to him incredulously. "And I am NOT cute. ...Well, I can't tell that for sure since I can't even look in a mirror, but STILL!" She raised her index finger at him, determined to get that back to him. "If you call me that ever again, or touch me, I shall bombard you with heck a lot of--"
The half-vampire paused, reached in her basket, and pulled up a ripe lime in her hand, "Well er...this is all I've got, so I shall bombard you with THIS~!"

"And i cant help it your hands are so soft, Makes me want to kiss them over and over again" he teased
Suddenly he had the feeling he should be running for he will be attacked by limes. But he didn't care, before Syani could attack, takato grabbed her hand pulled her into his arms and leaned her back ballroom style.
"We should go out sometime, syani" he smirked

"Dude, I--" Syani stopped when Takato pulled her into this cheesy ballroom-styled pose. She doesn't even have time to yell when her fear of touch kicks in her telekinesis, blowing that nearby stack of lime as the fruit literally bombard on Takato, like she said, only its more like raining onto everyone nearby.

"Please let go of me now, Taka-chan...." Only her eyes are twitching since the rest of her body is frozen by his touch. Even her fingers are tightened, too stiff for her to push this guy off. "I'm begging you to stop this incredibly cheesy torture before something blows up again..."
Just after she said that, another explosion occured nearby as some people take cover for shelter. "Like right now."
