[Kida]

Kida hauled herself up, shook out her hair and chuckled. "If you're afraid I'll tell anybody or spread gossip about it, don't be. I'm not into the whole who's-got-what-and-why blah blah...Your secret is safe with me."

"Am I the first to ask or just the first you've answered truthfully?"

[Takato]

"Surprisingly, Your the first to ask" He said

It was the truth. It wasn't that He was afraid of water, it was just that no body has asked. And how wired would that be. 'Hi I'm Takato, I have a fear of water' Everyone would just look at him as if he were a freak!

[Kida]

"All the other girls just worried about how well you kiss and how to get away, huh?" she snickered.

[Takato]

"How about 'there is a cute guy flirting with me what do i do?" he chuckled

[Kida]

Kida stopped snickering. "Guys...have flirted with you?" She paused and then erupted into laughter, having to hold her sides. "It's that pretty face of yours...!"

[Takato]

Takato gave her a slight glare.

"Thats not what I meant, Thats what the girls think!" He said getting defencsivnly

[Kida]

Kida gasped for air, trying to get herself to stop laughing and eventually she did with a few snickers getting past here and there. "Oh man...Too bad, that would have been priceless. But yeah, I'm sure a lot of girls think that."

[Takato]

"Did you think that Kida?" he said smirking at her.

[Kida]

"No." she answered truthfully. "I thought 'Holy shit, a lion's talking to me. Where'd it come from?'" Kida chuckled. He had scared the living day lights out of her because she had been day dreaming, her thoughts lost. Really, she should work on that.

"But...I guess I thought something similar once you transformed. After I got over how cool that was, heh." C'mon, it was her first time seeing a person change from beast to man. She was allowed to be impressed.

[Takato]

Takato then chuckled at the fact that he had scared Kida. He really thought that she would have sensed him, if not that hear him. but apparently, he was very well hidden.

"Oh?" he laughed slightly as if he didn't know what she was saying."And what exactly were you thinking?"

[Kida]

Kida laughed lightly. "Something like...'He seems friendly. Not too bad on the eyes either.'" Even as she talked to him and seemed to be at ease, since that little grass hopper accident, half of her mind was alert. On the look out for bugs heading in her direction.

Damn it all, she should have brought her can of bug spray. Little bastards...Guess she'd have to step on them.

[Takato]

Takato then chuckled as she said what she thought. It was a compliment. It showed that he really was the stud that he calls himself to be. It made him feel, good. Takato then smirked at Kida. He then noticed that Kida was still somewhat searching for more bugs.

"Still looking for those bugs?" He teased

[Kida]

"Just on the look out." she muttered a little absently. "At least that's been the only one I've seen." Kida should her head and shrugged. "Have you ever hated something that obviously was insignificant in some way...but it still irritated the hell out of you? That's how it is with bugs and me." Little bastards.

"But back to the matter at hand. I've just gotta ask, Takato." she said, looking him up and down. That cocky little smirk never left his face, unless it was replaced by an equally cocky smile or grin. "Just how many girl's are you rotating on your dating platter at the moment anyway?"

[Takato]

Takato just blinked at her. How many girls is he rotating. He thought about it for a second. He started counting.

"Well, That depends on what you mean by 'rotating girls on a platter' He started. "If you mean continuous dates, There's only one girl"

Takato then leaned back against a nearby tree putting his hands behind his heads.

[Kida]

"Ah." Well at least he had some loyalty to the girl. "But....Does that imply that you take other girls out on at least one date?" No little words games, she mused. It was best to know who was what and a little bit of how they opperated. It was better sticking her nose in a little than being burned again.
